H.E. Dr. Lassina Zerbo is a distinguished geophysicist and nuclear science diplomat who served as Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty Organization and Prime Minister of Burkina Faso. He advises the Great Green Wall on science-driven governance and energy security strategies for building Sahel resilience.
